Bought this to replace my tired 16v box. But its the wrong fitment for my car. This is the earlier style box with the rod and single cable change. later cars (like mine) have twin cables.

Will this fit an AFH which has a CWX box on atm? How many miles has this done?

Depends on the linkage - this one is for the earlier style (1994-1996) its got about 60K on it. I bought it to go on my AFH with a knackered CWX - but it turns out my 1997 polo has the later style linkage. So its surplus to requirements
