SDC10384.jpg

started taking the underseal off the inner wings with a wire brush an an angle grinder... i dont really reccomend this as it creates a hell of alot of smoke haha.. cant imagine its the healthiest to breathe in either :p

the "rat dash"

SDC10383.jpg

this is the started attempT to create a smooth gloss dash... thought it would be alot easyer than it is...

this is how it looks atm..

SDC10381.jpg

also the roof lining was in awesome condition so wanted to keep that, didnt fancy trying to take it out and get it back in without ruining it so covered it up... took me bloody hours to get it all done... came in the next day to find it had all come undone... grr... industrial 2nd attempt :p

Well not a massive update but an update non the less :p

the bay now look like this wooo...

taken what feels like forever to get it even to this stage and there is stilla heck of a lot that needs doing in the bay alone!

but finally all brackets, cips, battry trays and what not removed :D

SDC10504.jpg

on the o/s there is a indentation in the inner arch, i assume this is for a pipe or something, Golf gt on here removed his and suggested i should do the same.... to a went mad with a big hammer and ttaaaa daaaa

SDC10507.jpg

although I'm not fully smoothing the bay (even tho i would love to) i think these little bits will make a world of difference

i also started cleabing and spraying the brackets and mounts

SDC10503.jpg

ingenious i think you'll agree :p

and what better drying place

SDC10505.jpg

And only a fraction of the goodies mr postman brought this week,
