RIght at the end of August, I was pulled over about my driving behaviour that night and my names and details taken and that of my passenger and was told the police would be in touch.

10 days later I received a Notice of Intended Prosecution for driving in a dangerous or careless and inconsiderate manner.

Then the old bill arrived at my gaff looking for me in connection with a driving incident (unrelated to the first one on the NIP). I was out. The next day I was walking out of the local pizza shop when the traffic boys drove past and pulled in, asked if I was who I am, and asked me to take a seat in the car. They imformed me I had been reported by a member of the public for careless driving. The questioned me, asked me who I was with and told me they'd be in touch. They went round and questioned the witness I was with a few days later.

Received the NIP through the post a few days later.

Then the Old Bill turned up again (local bobbies) and spoke to me about the first NIP, questioned me, asked for witnesses and charged me with dangerous driving. Went into the local town, was pulled by the same cops who pulled me outside the pizza shop and was charged with careless driving.

Then didnt hear anymore until I was pulled over in the city for 'driving like a cock' and received an anti-social behaviour order (letter confirming this arrived few days later)

The received another NIP through the post 2 or 3 weeks ago for dangerous or careless driving. Not heard anything from the police on this matter

Then Monday I received a letter from the Police telling me that I had been reported for a series of incidents and that I needed to change driving style or they would take action.

Then today received a letter from the DSA saying I had been referred to them due to my driving without care and attention incident and that if I didnt go on a driving improvement course I would be taken to court.

Now, If i go on the driving improvement course, will that be an end to the proceedings or just one of them?

sounds like a bit of harasment to me! if you have just been reported and they have no proof then tell them to go sit on a pork sword! i have been pulled 4 times by the same popo and all 4 times they had crap excuses for routine checks like "you have one light ever so slightly brighter than the other, can we breathelize u? see your documents, waste more of your taxes on pointless checks" so i got pissed off and said, look this is getting rediculous, if you stop me again i have logged it all down and WILL place a complaint of harrasment, i have seen the same popo loads more but now he just nods at me in acknowledgement even lets me out of junctions lol
