hes only gonna be able to get his money back if they find a deposit into the account that matches his payment, and if he still has it in his account. if its spent, its gone! just the way it works

To be honest I can't believe no one has done him over! Sod the police, when have they ever got anyone their money back, it tends to just get proceeds of crime act'd and dissappears into the system, thats if people don't just shift it before they freeze the accounts. I know its easy to say from behind a computer screen but I'd definitely have decked him and recovered what I could that way, and if you do the job properly he won't be able to do it again even if he dared.

this is one of the many reasons i have no faith in the 'justice' system, people know they are going to get a slap on the wrist so they have no fear of getting caught, and when they do it's just some shitty little sentence in a holiday camp if your lucky, more than not it's just a couple of months with a tag on their ankle.

i wish i could be a judge, i'd be a right c**t, and that's how i wish the judges were these day's, i wish they had a chip on their shoulder and hated all the scum sucking pigs that kept appearing in front of them, i wish they would take out their frustrations of not getting laid the night before on them and i wish they didn't have the shadow hanging over them that if they give a sentence that is seen as 'too server' by some hippy loving idiot at the court of appeal.

they should bring in hard labour, make them graft like a mother fucker, even on a pissy little 9 month stretch that might make them think twice about going back knowing they will have to graft and won't have tv's and ps's ect.

If you buy something online, ask the person if you can collect the item before coming to the posting arangement.

If he fails to give you an adress hes bound to be hinding something.

If you get the sellers adress, google it a make sure it accurate/ real.

Pictures speak a thousand words, always ask for pictures.

Ask if he can put a Date next to item, this pretty much stops any scamming c*nts googling pictures

some of this may look extreame.... but if all else fails and you do get scammed, you have his adress. You can go down the police route, or recover you cash via property damage
