i thought he was supposed to be locked up for 9 months... looks like he got out after about 3. good behaviour i bet.

knock some teef out.

if he got locked up for 9 months he would have to do 4.5 then he would get automatic release no matter what (under 12 months you only serve half of the sentence), but they will also give him even more time off that on tag due to the fact the government have failed to address the lack of prison space so just decide to let them out ever earlier instead.

So whats the point in giving the sentence if theres no chance that it'll be done? There should be some sort of clause in it. You get away with half your sentence but you have to fight to the death with another guy who wants to get away with half his sentence. Have it as a competition so only on person survives and then arrest him for multiple murder with no chance of appeal at the end of it. Problem solved.

Maybe the noob is an accomplice of fresh meats, and is saying "oh dear" in a piss taking way, like you go "awwwww, poor guy/girl" when someone is whinging about something, when youre being sarcastic

he had just been released from an 18 month sentence and had served 9 months

so he is out on license at the moment

'Thirdrail' is friends with Robdaviess who is from Derby as is Mr Bellend Nik Hewitt, so might just be somebody who knows of him?

Thirdrail, is dan...hes a young lad from stoke i've known for years, i think he just browses on here because he does engineering at college and is looking for a garage project for when hes 17...he's not a bait guy. I'm not from derby either i just live here for uni.

Nah rob doesn't know him, we think we saw someone who looks like him last night driving a black valver, came up to us at Maccy d's and asked for a cigarette lighter. But can't be 100%, that's why he rob asked.

yeah, i doubt it was his man...he said he used to have a GT and a caddy, i don't think it was him. If he sees this, he'll probobly think i'm a right dick aha, oh well.

Got a letter through from Derbyshire police this morning saying the judge gave him an 18 month detention and training punishment. Basically hes got to spend half of 18 months in detention and the other half being supervised and trained.

Dont know how harsh this punishment is myself but anyone who would have a clue how easy/hard this thing is then let us know ( I know theres a couple of coppers on here)

Huw

Sad state of affairs but if he's got to spend 9 months of that inside (in reality about 4-5 months) that's quite a good result by today's standards.

and the facebook group got shut down too

tis comedy this world aint it

well tbh i thought the facebook group was taking things a bit too far....

I thought the facebook group was a good idea! More humiliation the better

oh my not nick hewitt again :paranoid::paranoid:

I got scammed by Nik Hewitt. Not for anything to do with cars though, was an iPhone. Got him to send me a picture of his driving license before I sent money. Is quite blurry but I can make out the name on it as Nikolas Paul Hewitt. Not sure if this is a real license now I know he is a scammer. I think I have tracked his address down to 13 Colin Avenue, DE5 9QQ (that is my best guess with the crappy picture).
