Alright guys just need some advice, my brother had my car repaired in wales as i broke down and had the water pump and cambelt kit replaced. Now the car is in my local and reliable garage, as it tries to stall at low revs and the exhuast they had repaired had been destroyed when they replaced the pump etc. Now what i want to know is that if this garage to find that it's some thing they have or haven't done properly am i entitled to a refund?

If you can prove that the work was done by them (and not by yourself) and any damage was caused by them (and not your driving) then yes.

You paid for work to be done and If they say they're gonna fix the car, they should bloody fix it.
