Its a pain when you are out though and you have to bugger off home because of the stupid thing charging you a load.

Yup, thats about right.

what about if your on you way home and it turns 11 are u charged or given a bit of leeway to get home it would suck driving home late and it getting to 11 so you have to pull over and get a lift home

Speaking if speeding, can it be used to prove that you were not doing the correct speed at the time?

I could not be doing with been home for 11, I sometime end up driving around till about three in the morning for no apparent reason.

i like going for a drive for no reason at night or drive to tesco at 4am for a bottle of coke coz you up and like driving but yer dont think its something for me being tracked all the time and i need my car after 11

You make time to get home, it an't all as bad as it sounds.

£900 is alot of money you can play with just because of six hours a day - which when I'm normally sleeping for four of them.

For the first year its a good idea IMO

yer if i was 17 first car i would think about this but as i was 21 when i got my first car £600 full comp was happy to pay it

i can see why people do it and i guess it is way for someone to get driving with less money so it has pros but not for me and not for most people but if u dont have the money i can understand it being ok for first year

i sure you have to be 18 to sign up to that tracker system anyway dont you ? So wouldnt be able to do it at 17

NICE FIND... see I know a guy who fits gps systems in cars and he taught me how to turn them off (they will think the car isnt being used) its pretty easy and simple.. 99% of the time its a small box behind the glove box on passenger side... take out the sim car .. = RESULT start car at 11:05 and go mad =)
