I ave a 16v front bumper that I'm gunna fit to ma polo 6n but dunno if i should put the standard centre plastic in or mesh it ?

irt o well where can i get the centre plastic from

If your lucky maybe classifieds,scrappers or directly from VW. I think its around £30.
