just before i post my topic, heres a new driver warning :p

If i were to tax my car on the 21st of November, would i get a full six months till the 21st of May?

Or would i just get 10 more days of this month, and then until the 1st of may?

I've looked all over the direct.gov.uk website and can't find anything about this

Tax always runs out at the end of a month, just a standard that has always been used.

You will never see a tax disc say an odd date like 21 05 10 you will be covered all the way up to the 31st May.

Yup, i taxed it andf they just did it from the first of November, So i'm only taxed untill april.
