ajustable lower arms *feeler*

Featured Replies

as title says realy..would anyone be interested in a set of these? basicly they are tubular lower arms with fully ajustable rose jointed ends, you will be able to adjust camber ect.. obviously these are not polo ones the pics are just to give you an idea of what they look like ect..

the advantages of having these arms are that you have to replace the rose joints very rarly aslong as there kept clean(hose road salt/grit off) unlike standard bushes, will improve handling, acceleration and braking tenfold.

the rose joints static radial load on the rose joints are 83kn which is the equivilent to just over 8tonnes, so they are extremely strong so no chance of snapping, bending or popping the ball out as they will not be put under anywhere near that amount off pressure.

ajustable arms pic's.. CLICK

Thanks Liam

for what Mk polo and prices????

they would have to be in situ adjustable for it to be worth it. with that design you'd have to drop a wishbone in and out to adjust the castor or camber.

for what Mk polo and prices????

6n/6n2 by the looks of it.

basicly any type of polo or any other car that uses similar wishbone setup, those are for a mk6 rs2000 but they was just for illustration purposes, and to make the arms ajustable while on the car would be a pig to do, although to make the camber ajustable while on the car is not a problem, for a set it would be around 350, there was a bloke about 3 years ago doing this type of arm for 600 quid for a pair and the quality of them was no where near as good as these.

obviously in the pics the are bare steel, the finished product will be powder coated gloss black, but for a extra price you can have any colour you want really.

cheers liam
