i had to turn down max power as i went for FAST CAR instead..:)

End of the day, getting into any magazine deserves credit, whether it be fast car or max power. Both have similar numbers of readers I'd be happy with either!

And I agree with xcore, it isn't written very well, but it does have some nice cars in it. Seems to have moved on mountains since the last one i read (2004)

So is Max Power worth a buy these days?

tbh i had a conversation with my cousin over this...Max Power..had a look at thier current issues and it just wasnt doing it for me ...pictures haven't been really good etc although i still love the mag!

Max Power is okay, but the way it is written is still a bit boy racer ish. Like it's full of girls on cars, pics of people doing burnouts and the slating of Police.

Just wish the magazine would grow up a bit now and focus on the write up of the cars, and feature less tits! If I wanted to see them I'd buy a Porno or go into my girlfriends room. I buy a car mag to see cars!
