hi, just got my first dslr camera and have been practising some night photos with it, not overly happy with the results but I'm slowly getting better. as for my car, thinking of some new wheels for next year, any ideas or suggestions? i want to stick with 15" and not hugely expensive. been thinking about some compo th in black to stealth it up a bit, but dont think ill be able to run this low with 8's on the front. comments welcome, cheers

That looks nice mate... I've never been a fan of Ronal's but they do look good on yours!

I dunno if it's just the angles of the pics but it does look like the rear is slighyly lower than the front... either be a bit more daring and drop the front or just raise the rear slightly.

last picture definately shows both the car and the camera off

thanks mate, i was never a big fan of the ronals either but i picked them up really cheap after selling my d90s and chucked them on as temp wheels really. i did have the front lower previously but it caught on everything and I've only had the rear arches rolled so thats about as low as i can go!

I'm using a sony a230 with the standard 18-55mm lens atm. yes no flash was used as i wanted them to look a bit moody and darker. cheers

I take it you are from around the Solihull area, I used to take pictures of my black 6n2 in all the locations you have. It brings back the the good ol' memories before I went to uni.

did you use a tripod. when taking pics at night you should. and a reote control. your pics would be really sharp but extremely moody.

yeye I'm from shirley. haha serious, how coincidental. widney manor station is a great place to shoot at night i think.

ye a tripod is the next on my list, probs for crimbo. might invest in a remote shutter one day too if I'm still not completely satisfied. cheers
