basically can you fit 13`s over the front breaks on a 16v 6n?

Erm not 100 percent sure but i think you can with spacers...try the wheels but i think youll need at least 5mm spacers too clear the calipers

they wont fit mate as iv got 13's on 8v brakes and there is like no gap what so ever

Nope they won't fit,

change the 16v brakes for the 8v brakes and just get better discs and pads

Try declaring that to your insurance

"Hi there, Iv fitted new brakes......they're smaller than the originals"
