Just to say neither of these will fit an AFH as is stated.

Are you 100% sure if the cambelt will fit on a 1.4 8v polo engine, APQ code?

got in is GSF and according to the site its for PO 1.4 AEX/AKV/APQ Engines 60 BHP 7/95 >

so yes, it should fit.
