right I'm getting my pitbike road legal for the summer iv found a frame that was road rejistered in 2007 and on the road it ws then stripped and sold in bits appart from the frame which he kept but sent logbok of as it was gonna be scrapped but never was he says i can just apply for a new logbook for 25 quid is this true i now you normally can if its been lost or something but what if its been declared scrapped thanks adam.

If the logbook's been sent in as scrapped, you can't easily put it back on the road. Not 100% sure on bikes, but if it was a car you'd have to declare it as a new car built from parts, as in kit car.
