my polo is a cl, which i believe is the lowest model? (correct me if I'm wrong) and its got an ashtray and cigar lighter

not really that rare, but usually the cigarette lighter is missing, or in the case of lower spec cars there isnt one at all

no, cl isnt the lowest model, I've owned a couple of cl's and yes, they have a lighter, its usually the 'fox' that doesnt

CL's had them as a optional extra but they came with them anyway.

they wernt fitted to anything below that. but its pretty easy to fit one anyway
