cd player wiring HELP!

Alright, I've got slight problem with my cd player is has all the wires coming out of the cd player with the black brick thing on the end the only problem is my car wiring does not have the brick on to just clip straight into place could somebody tell me what I need and maybe if your good ;) how to do it cheers

i take it then you have bare wires in the dash if so

post up what colours you have and i will tell you which is which

is there nothing i could buy to attach to something so i can plug the brick in? and theres:

red

brown

red/brown

blue/white (i think)

blue/brown

not really 100% sure but ill get a picture and post it up for you tomorrow. is there any info you could give me now?

you need to get a male iso plug 9available from any car audio shop

your wiring is as follows

red = 12v+ connect to the yellow of the h/u

brown = earth connect to the black of the h/u

brown/red not needed

blue/white should actually be blue/grey = illumination connect to the orange of the h/u

blue/brown will be a speaker negative but you should have 3 more wires for these

you will need to run an ignition live from either the thick red/black on the heater switch or from the black wire on the rear of the fuse box

this will need to connect to the red wire in the stereo iso plug

you need to get a male iso plug 9available from any car audio shop

what kind of wire do i use to connect from the heater switch to the red wire on the h/u

guessing you have the same problem then cleggie? and are the iso plugs for a 1996 polo? if so mate who you selling them for? cheers

just get some cable rated at 8.75 amps from a car accessory shop
