Seat Ibiza Breaking complete car or £325 cash

Featured Replies

Alrite guys

I got this Seat Ibiza for sale, its my girlfriends but i got her a newer version yesterday so this one has to go.

It has a misfireing issue and it "chugs" lol, and i cant be bothered to fix it or find out what it is as she has a new one now!

so yeah basically its been sat on my drive for about 2 months doing nothing and in that time it has expired mot and tax and it is just taking up space now.

It is the "s" model so its looks a bit like the cupra with the spoiler but its just a 1.4 so is good on insurance.

As said it does have a mis fire issue and the exhaust would deffinatly need replacing as it has a gaping hole in it! so it has a few things that need fixing.

but it would be an ideal project for someone who knows about engines as it is probably something really simple, or its could even be ideal for an engine convertion project becasue the car exterior and interior are in very good condition!

Its a T plate so 1999 it has 92900 miles[/b]

No tax or MOT

BREAKING

or Its yours for £325

ok well i paid £1000 for it a year ago and i cant see the misfire problem being major, and whats a backbox £40 - £50?

plus the car visually is near mint, no rust, nice bright well looked after paintwork and it is still quite a new looking car really, i thought £500 seemed fair!

I'm OPEN TO OFFERS GUYS!!

TRY ME!

any idea what the miss is?

nah sorry mate... I'm not that hot on engine stuff but I can't see it being anything major, someone told me it could be down to the exhaust and something about back pressure?! but i like I said I'm no expert so not sure, could also be spark plugs as it's something if haven't changed yet to see if it makes a difference?? Dunno tho

feel free to come and view it though if you like maybe you have a better idea what the problem is :) lol

cheers

Steve

probs but ill take some bits off and sell them :-D!!!

Come on mate you can have it for £375!!!!!!! :)

its well worth it

Steve

i cant do £375 with the exchaust hanging off and a miss fire could be anything from a bent valve to a dodgy lead so 375 is to much by the time i get it home.. that £425.. wont be worth it tbh :D

PM sent.
