I have a couple of mk5 rear light sets lying over here, but since I'm from Holland, these are the euro-spec ones, with the foglight and reverse light on opposite ends of the brit-spec ones.

Combining a euro and brit set gets you with these:

With above a set with 2 reverselights (all red) and below with 2 fog lights (both white), looking way better then the original with red and white on opposites ends.

I am willing to split a set (or more if enough interest), and sell both euro-spec rear lights seperately, so people from here can convert their own set of mk5 rear lights into an all red or all white set.

Before looking for costs of shipment and thinking of costs for the lights, I would like to know if there even is any interest in these?

Anyone up for this? I could also look for some stubby mirrors over here, lots of those available here, since we've all got our steeringwheels to the left side over here in Holland

When you shift into reverse, a red light will come on as opposed to a white one.....I've checked the bulbs in the back of mine and they're all clear.

Idon't know about Brit MOT-regulations, but over here in Holland it doesn't matter if your reverselights is either red or white, as long as it is brigth enough to actually see when reversing.

I've bought myself a brit-spec. set to obtain two all red ones for my own mk4, I couldn't care less if it's red or clear light showing when reversing, as long as the area behind the car is lightened up, I'm up for the all red rear clusters!

All the mk5 mirrors Here mate are electric and heated. And mine is a mk5 so will need to be heated And electric

No, they're not trimmed yet, still as original as the mk5 I took them out from and I'm looking for splitting up the set and selling them both seperately, so if there happens to be anyone willing for the other and get himself/herself a set white two lighter mk5 rears I'm splitting up the set.

I'll try to get some time off to visit my regular VW-Audi scrappy next week to look for some stubby mirrors.
