MOT September 2010

Tax End of December 2009

The car has lots and lots of service history including every MOT from new as you can see in the pictures. It is in very good condition with no rust. Excellent runner. All electrics/heater etc fully functional.

Ideal first car as it has cheap insurance and tax and is also good on fuel.

Maintenance

Recently done the head gasket including new valves, valve seats, springs, head bolts, thermostat, oil pressure sender, water temperature sender, seals & gaskets, it burns no oil and uses no water.

Cambelt also done at the same time.

A new clutch was fitted about 10,000 miles ago. new battery recently.

DMTL weber carb and bolt on K&N filter about 3,000 miles ago.

Rev counter fitted.

New front discs and pads recently fitted.

New bushes all around.

CV boots o/s and n/s recently done.

New dizzy cap and ht leads, premium denso spark plugs and castrol oil

MODS

V-maxx coilovers which are still under the 2year gaurentee.

14" BBS from with low profile Toyo proxy tyres with good tread (Recently refurbed).

Locking wheel nuts also fitted.

Supersprint exhaust, very nice throaty sound.

Bumpers with chrome strips fitted.

Momo steering wheel and gear knob with leather gear gator.

Rare Scirocco GTX interior fitted with leather trimmed bolters and trimmed doorcards.

Brushed aluminium door pins and mirror adjusters.

Crystal head lights with uprated ultra bright bulbs.

Blacked out indicators.

16v rear lights.

Pressed plates

ICE

*JVC stereo fitted with i-pod connectivity and with the option of DAB available. I pod cable and remote control included.

*Stealth shelf build with some cerwin vega 6X9 (very clear) and jbl sub and amp set up

I think this is against forum rules :( but I have a friend of mine who is interested in buying a Mk2 Golf 4+E. He has a VW Beetle at the moment that he is selling for £1600, just wondering if you could knock a couple of ton off the price? £900? He is also willing to collect the car insured and ready?
