I have a 6n2 polo, it has been lowered 40mm. I have 195/15/45, but i was wondering if i could put some spacers on the back, if this is possible, What size spacers would you recomend, but i dont want no rubbing on the side of the arch.

Up to 20mm mate, obviously you will need longer wheel bolts with anything past 3mm id say. Best bet is to get some hubcentric ones. They can be up to 50mm lol.

get a tape measure and measure how much gap you have between your tire and your arch, straight out not at a diagonal, and if your arch is higher than your tire then imagine there's a line down from the most inward part of the arch (usually the lip unless that's been rolled back), this will give you an idea of how much you have to play with. its not an exact way and you will have to deduct some off your total if you don't want to risk rubbing just to be safe, but it will give you a better idea than some one who's never seen your wheels or knows what offset they are telling you you can go up to xxxx amount.
