you need to remove it with vagcom or a fault code reader

this has happened to mine,

the guy who had it before me just unpluged it, i think it just happens when the battery is removed.

it might have to be reset with vagcom.

thats such a wierd coincidence mine has just come on on new years eve aswell its bloody annoying!
