i adjusted the star wheel, shaved the plastic washer in the LDA and turned the boost pin round to it's most aggressive profile. i want to do the governor mod too but don't really wanna do that till i've fitted a rev counter. i'll be playing with the max fuel screw probably this weekend too, i weakened it off to drag the MPG down a bit before i drove down to Yarmouth and never got round to turning it back up :lo:

i wanted to go that far but dont trust it , all iv done is spun the boost pin 180 deg and max fuel all the way up. u rolling roadin it on 23rd? i need to sort mine i may slot mine on if its healthy and if thrs a space

yeah i'm putting mine on mate wanna see what it's does from stock with just some tweeking and a freer flowing exhaust, then i'll get it rolled again once it's got the T3 on, metal HG and the governor removed, but that's a long way down the road yet cause i want to get the rocco on the road before i take this off the road to do that.

my mate was workin on it and sumin broke and its for the fuel and i went to pug and its discontinued part! but I'm going scrappy at weekend cus i need to fix it, injector i thinks died or summin cus it dont like strtin in cold mornins atm checked plugs and my mates dads a better mechanic than me and he ses its injector but i will be sortin this out at the weekend. boost wise ill run it more if i could last time i had it at around 26psi maybe more i wasnt sure and i blew the turbo up. this ones a t3 i think. gives a nice chatter.

that's not good, the wastegate will open way too easy, you need to adjust it to hold higher boost pressure

you've got it the wrong way round mate, if the actuator has been disabled it just holds the waste gate shut

that's why bleed vales work as boost controllers, they bleed off some of the boost that's being supplied to the actuator, the more you vent off the more boost it will make before there's enough pressure to operate the actuator and open the waste gate
