Some kind soul has buggered my bee-sting and while pricing a replacement on ebay I saw a bmw/vulva style sharkfin.

Has anyone had experience with these and if so do they work?

Been looking to get one myself actually. Some are replicas which are only for show use only and some are fully working. The thing is, I don't know whether it will fit or not and plus it will need to be painted!

Not much to paint so thats no problem and will look sweet colour coded.

Fit might be an issue but I reckon they will have been designed to replace existing aerials so should be fine.

My only concern is whether it`ll work or not (I only need it for am).
