Looking for guides on how to smooth number plate recesses on 6ns using a 8 or 16v bumper, i tried using the search but didnt come up with much!

theres a chap whos shit hot at plastic welding. did a mk3 front bumper with a re-postioned number plate. I know hes over on Polo3 but not sure if he's on here too though? Think his name is Jack?

the guy that bought that bumper is called jake. will get the guys forum name tht he bought it off....

Thanks for the links, was looking for a guide on the actual plate recess tho, i hear you have to use part of an 8v rear bumper to fill the whole?

Exactly the same process for the recess. Yep best to use the 8v bumper will be a strong connection when welded as its the same type of plastic.

I got a guide off of mctangus, ill see if i can find that, but there is a bloke in the traders section who does the work, think he did the one jon is on about
