my folks have got mk5 golf tdi 2007 plate. noticed r/n/s tyre on the out side edge had worn right down. so took it to vw under warranty they said needed four wheel alignment. turns out every thing was ok with alignment. but still unsure on what it could be any help would be great thanks josh.

hmm....sounds to me it should have been allignment. can this not be rear negative camber?

i thought that could not be camber ect. coz its on rear axle not indpented suspension so would u get camber. or am i wrong in saying that.

shagged wheel bearing, or bent axle (hubs) check everything to do with suspension focusing on that whole area because outer edge wearing would be positive camber
