u can tell if its safe by how mant turns the nut goes , 10 mm spaces would be unsafe with standard nuts

Not all spacers work the same but make sure they ain't gonna rust you should probably get some longer bolts probably won't be safe!

I don't think they do, not long enough for 10mm spacers anyway. There's sellers on fleabay selling wheel bolts of any length, size and shape you can imagine.

Standard bolt length + width of spacer

E.g. 10mm spacers = standard bolt length + 10mm

I've been told the there are 3 different thread patterns though? do you know the length of the standard ones?

M12x1.5 is the thread diameter & pitch. To work out the length, remove one of your bolts. measure it and add 10mm then round up to the nearest length they have available. You'll also have to check the bolt seat shape, it'll be a 60deg taper or a radiused seat. If they are factory fitted wheels then most likely radius, if they are aftermarket wheels then most likely tapered.

what that picture calls ball seat is what would normally be called radiused seat. The one on the left is a taper seat usually (but not always) on after market wheels, you'll have to remove one of your bolts and look at it.
