So far in 8 years of driving I've only had polos or polo derived volkswagen group cars. I've had ten cars plus a couple of mk3 squarebacks bought for spares

1990 G reg mk2 ranger - Got rear ended by a taxi, long since dead.

damn,never seen a polo like this one! could anybody plz tell me more about this ranger?it´s absolutely amazing never heard of it either.would be epic to have such an car here in germany

I've got some ranger roof bars for sale :) but yeah its just a special spec, limited run uk only thing. think you had somthing like it in germany.

I think the suspension height is standard. I have had two rangers. a 1986 model and a 1990 model. The 1986 model came with the MH engine & 5-speed gearbox and had a trim level similar to the coupe S/GT. The 1990 model (above) had the 2G engine and 5-speed box but a lower trim level (more like a Polo CL)

3 Years of driving i have had:

Mitsubishi Galant 2.0l (sold it, was rubbish)

Subaru Legacy 2.2l Prodrive (still got it)

85 1.0 Mini RC40 exhaust, stage 1 kit, kent cam, fibreglass front end.

74 1275 MG Midget running twin carbs (dad owns it now coz I'm too tall for it)

00 Renault Clio 1.2 (rolled it and sold it to my sisters boyfriend)

01 Renault Clio 1.6 (bought for a 150, drove it for a week and shifted it for 1350)

94 Renault 5 1.4 TSE (Awesome car until the wishbones decided to fall apart whilst moving.)

98 6N 1.4 8v cl (Had soo many plans for it but had to break it in the end)

91 Orange mk3 polo 1.3 (sold a few weeks ago, i miss it sooo much)

98 MK1 Renault Clio (boring as hell to drive, using it as my daily, should be gone by easter)
