Right well i'm sure the car can go lower than it is atm, the car is lowered on coilovers, the fronts are on the last threads so it cant technically go any lower, thing is at the top of the strut where the lug nut that tightens the top caps is located, the thread is hardly showing, it doesn't go above the lug nut anyway,

so i was thinking if i undid the nut then jacked the strut up, then tighten it so more thread shows above the top cap will that then lead to more lowerage?

would probably help mate. you might have not guided it in when fitting as there should be more than that sticking through. If you what more Lows. remove the front coilovers and take them apart. remove the helpers and that will also make it a little lower :)

I've had the front and rear coilovers apart before last summer for a refurb. I'm not up for taking the helpers out as the ride quality is poor as it is. I'll do it at some point it'll only be a 20mins job, I probably should have guided them more last time I put them back on tbh
