Today i ordered a rear strut brace, so this week should be full of nice car goodies arriving! :) God I love getting paid

I saw you'd put your name down for it. I was thinking about doing the same, but not sure how much better the back end will be.

Would a front brace be any better?

Aha yes well i found one going for much less than £40 so i snapped that up and saved myself a few bob. I would have a front in a jiffy but the only one i can find for a 6n2 is for the GTI so i need to find out if that will work first. TBH the front is pretty stiff already, its mainly mk3 golf under there. As mr Dubstyle proved , the rear one can make a huge difference!

I have successfully saved myself many hours of sanding Plus its revealed that about half of the kerbing damage was in the paintwork

The mounts are hypothetically the same, its just the manifold, wash bottles etc in the middle it has to clear. I'm sure if i study a GTI bay carefully i'll be able to work it out.

Lows will make it corner better too remember!

It's very nice and shiny and the fabrication quality seems way higher than... the other one's.
