Spoiler fitting attempt no. 2!

All clamped up, going to sit in the nice warm garage overnight to set.

Hopefully it'll stay on this time....

There's only one way to find out!

Who said aftermarket spoilers hide the brake light?

IMAG0088.jpg

I know it looks relatively flat in these pics, i'll see what i can do with a bit of polish once the lacquer has had a few days to harden

pics look good mate, bring that camera and lense to the SCP meet dude, we need some quality pics! also like you said the spoiler does look a little flat but I'm sure you will be able to sort it out.

how did you stick your front reg there dude?

  • Author

Use long bolts with wing nuts , if you've got skinny arms then you can get them down the back of the bumper by removing the front (topmost) grill and hold the wing nut behind the grill, then pass the bolt through to meet it.

Alternatively, take the bumper off and its very simple, same process.

shame it looks really dull mate, looks good. oh what did you use to stick it on with? if your having problems, use tigerseal if you already haven't

  • Author

I did use tigerseal, its still stuck on my hand!

I'm very tempted to just do lots of masking apply more lacquer with it on the car. It depends how it settles down after hardening.

Lows needed!

get hold of sum coils and its guna look wiked man well done

Service Time ! Just oil and filter, plus fuel system for now. I'll change the pollen filter when i get round to it, plus whip the spark plugs out and give them a clean later
