PLEASE can someone help with pictures!?!?!?

The route for the power wire and ground wire is pretty straight forward, I think the hardest would be routing the RCA and amp remote wires. I'm trying to find out how to do that too.

I'm going to fit in my amp to my 6n2 tommorow so if you still need, I will upload pictures for it. I know how to do the remote and RCA wires but i dont know how to fit in the power cable from the battery so if anyone can help with that please let me know. :-)

i think the grommit for the power cable is just behind the coolant bottle. I've ordered a wiring kit for mine today so those pictures would help a LOT thanks!

i have just put a hole in the seal where all the main wires are going through, its been fine with me. I'm having earth problems and poping in my sub. i cant seam to find a good enough ground???

From what I've read from other threads, theres a grommet in the passenger footwell somewhere, maybe near the battery

if it is, run the power and remote wire down the passenger side, and the RCA's down the drivers side

If I'm wrong, i bet Troublestarter will be here in the morning to clear it all up

I'm just about to fit in my sub now so i should have pictures up in a couple of hours :-)

sorry i couldnt find the camera.. not sure if this will help at all but it might a little bit haha

plug the speaker cables into the back of the head unit, thread down the drivers side, around the back of the pedals.. then down the side, i zip tied mine to the cable for the bonnet release, then.. just simply pull the seals up from around the door, then push the cables down and work it all along till you get to the rear door card. (take the bottomback seats off.. its easy).theres a screw bottom left of the rear door card, undo that.. then fold the top of the back seat down, you'll see two grommits which you pop off with a flathead screwdriver.. there's also the device that the doors clip into.. unscrew this with an allen key (you'll see what i mean) then just literally pull the door card towards you, there will be a few pops and it'll come off, then just thread the wires through.. be careful they wont get trapped when you put the doorcard back on. and thats it.. do the same for the otherside with the remote and power cable, make sure you start the remote cable from the head unit and go to the boot.. i made the mistake of starting it in the boot now i cant thread it up to the headunit haha so ill have to re-do it tommorow , havnt attempted to get the power cable through the gromit or take the glove box off yet as i dont have the right torque screwdriver

does anyone know of any screws already there i can use for earth!? as I'm not handy with a drill

I've got pictures of the wires going to the back of the head unit but i had to abort as when i fitted the head unit i realised that i had the wrong harness for the polo. i didnt attempt to wire through the power as i couldnt find the hole to put it through to the car. if you want me to post pictures of the wires going through the back of the head unit then i will :-)

Ok for the earth you need to sand somewhere back to bare metal and bolt it down! I suggest if you have 60/40 seats using one of the 3 bolt holes on the middle bracket for the seats! Make sure you bare metal it! And you will probably have to drill out your earth cable connector ring to fit!

i dont know where you mean.. can you take a pictures of one onf the three bolts i can use? would be a massive help cheers!
