what a pr**k.

driving home in a 30 zone, doing about 25-30 mph, approaching a round about, had some chav man behind me right up my arse, on the roundabout he was in the wrong lane and tried to overtake me, i accelerated and he failed.

when we both left the roundabout, into a residential area, with cars either side he overtook me after flashing and being a few inches away from my rear bumper, he swerved in nearly hitting my wing so automatically i beeped. he then was infront and slammed on his brakes, meaning i couldnt go no where, for about a minute he was stationary then drove off onto the next right and stared at me drive on.

i do wonder why a grown man tries to intimidate a 17 year old, luckily i had the metal bar underneath my seat.

but i do wonder why he only stopped and didnt get out, any chance he took my number plate you reckon?

rant over!

If you got his plate report it to the pigs and you may be able to get him done for careless driving

typical knob jockey

i really regret not thinking about that aha :(

anything he could do with my number plate?

good on you!

If he got front and back plates he could tie them to his feet then get a length of rope, tie it to his mates car, and hold on to the rope while his mate drives round a car park, like water skiing but without the water.

^

He'll have just tried to wind you up or something, or maybe see if you got out.

Or just a pussy 'ole.

but i do wonder why he only stopped and didnt get out,

probably because he wanted to give it the big un but doesn't have the balls to actually do any thing about it, if you had got out i bet he would of sped off

lmaoooooooooo, i find things like this hard to leave now also!

a similar thing happened to me when i had my first car (in my corsa, he was tailgating so i flashed my brake lights). except when swirved infront of me the passenger jumps out so i put my foot down to get round him and he slams his foot into the side of my car and takes my mirror clean off

Nothing else ever happened :/

wish i had some friends in the car now, but no i was on my own, some skinny 17 year old boy ahaha!

and annoying isnt it, some people really shouldnt be on the road!

if i get tailgated i slow right down, and when they overtake i race up thier arse

can see them bricking it in thier mirror

but if they stopped and tried to open my door or anything its self defence officer ;)

I find just stopping in front of them in an awkward place works quite well, and putting your reverse light on at this point adds to the effect :-) My favourite is where busses pull out while you're passing them, just get round them, wait till you hit a really steep hill, stop, then fuck off while his shitty auto box tries to get him moving again  Or park just through some green traffic lights, wait for them to go red, then fuck off while they wait - very childish but serves them right

ahah very good! ill try them next time :)

Happens to me everyday whilst driving in London traffic. People cant just stay in one lane and have it crawl at a consistent pace. Oh no,that'd be efficient and chilled. Instead, they've all gotta continuously lane change, try to overtake in the wrong lanes, cut you up,and just generally turn a mile into a jumped-up wheel-warrior nightmare.

Bent mirrors, kerbed wheels, hand signals and panel-chicken - its hell and how does it end? With everyone still within five car lengths from eachother when they finally get to their turn-off four miles later.. So what was the point?

Here's a clue,it aint personal. They dont do it to you when walking near you on the pavement because humanity takes over. They do it only in the realm of the machines because they're tapped into a zone that i cant explain, even though I've learnt to become immune to it.

i see where your coming from, maybe next time i should learn to forget about it, and let him smash his own car up.

I hate people like that!

was driving down to redcar to see some friends and family and at a McDonalds 2 big chav's started to toot there horn at my brothers wife (which never impressed us, as they continued to do it). we went up to approach them but got pulled back by some people we were with. as we where leaving they reversed there van right out infront of my brothers golf nearly hitting it. we then got out the car to go get these 2 guys but they quickly drove off. we chased after them and stayed behind them, There pick up van had wayyyy to much load on the back so we never wanted any of it to fall and hit the car. after attempting to pass he nearly squashed us into the centre reservation. We then got past and put our signal on to get him to pull over. which he never done. so seen as there wasn't much else we could do as we had the rest of our journey ahead, my brother had a mint idea, to report the van as being over loaded and arround 3 miles later we saw the BLue flashing light from a cop car pull him over. It was totally mint :)

It winds me up soo much the people that try to challenge you but then drive off, or dont get out there vehicle like you have said.

Its just stupid.

i actually, just laughed whilst reading that end bit about the police lmaoo

and i know, a car full of men, and a young 17 year old on his own, what was he trying to prove? aha,

ah well, let it pass now, hopefully it will make him feel more of a man...

I've had many moments abit like this, such as me going round a roundabout before a guy coming in from the right, who wasn't on it yet then him overtaking me a little while later and slamming his brakes on right after making me nearly hit him and getting out and shouting at me how I was in the wrong and how I was then stuck behind a slow moving car infront. I cba to get out so just sat there, he was alot smaller than me so I probably should have.

However imo it's stupid to mess around with them, just as bad as they are, specially with buses, what's the point.

Sounds like my typical commute to and from Aberdeen everyday.

Outside the town everyone seems relaxed often too relaxed doing silly slow speeds, but in the town its a different story.

Undertaking suddenly become acceptable, at the same time doing 40 in a 30 zone.

Wider than average single lane roads are used as dual carrageways and again 40 in a 30 is the norm.

In traffic no one can just roll their car on the clutch, I've genuinely seen people doing full on standing starts to close the 10ft gap between them and the car infront.

And people are oblivious to the everyday Highway code rules, you see people everyday letting people out of giveway junctions, but when it comes to a merge in turn lane everyone closes up and lets no-one in!

if some nob jockey gets up behind you ...slow up and let em go on their way

you dont know if its a stolen car , drunk driver , druggie or whatever...let em go and crash into some other poor bugger imo

and having the metal bar under the seat ...well theres always a chance they'l have a bigger one or a knife /gun etc

I take it you've not been driving long? you'll soon realise that the roads are full of muppets!
