It could never take corners very well when standard,I would hate to try at them speeds and surely a ninja engine weighs less than the standard lump so even more top heavy.Still i would like a run up the pod in it and could be even quicker with a hyabusa engine in lol

it probably can 'slow down' from them speeds but i bet it would need new discs and pads after you had done it a couple of times. you'd be fucked if you had to stop quickly though and with there being no crumple zone in front of you it would be bye bye legs i'm afraid

I get this with my car, people saying its unsafe cos the brakes arent all that. But to be fair, its down to how you drive it no? There is nothing about a ZX9 engine that permits that vehicle to travel any faster than it did before. Its all about driving within the vehicles limits, anyone who drives a car as fast as it will go, with no consideration for stopping, shouldnt be driving.

Also dont forget that that vans brakes as standard were good enough to stop it from 80mph with about 750kgs in the back. That has to be the equivilant of about 130mph empty surely.

Its a novelty vehicle, not a track car.

Am I the only one thinking the whole vehicle is an air brake in its self? :D

that's a very good point tommo, but as you can see from the video he posted people don't put this much power in a car and not use it

my mate just popped round and i showed him this, he said he saw it on the strip at ultimate street car about 5 years back. he said it only managed some thing like a 16 second quarter because he couldn't get it off the line, it just kept kango-hopping , he sad it was quick once it got going though.

I was thinking that, I would get rid of the exhaust straight away. Would be a good laugh mind.

And as Tommo said, shouldn't legally be going any faster than 70 ever, so stopping should be fine, will just get there alot quicker
