The car was involved in a shunt with a bus as you can see from the pictures. a donor car was then used to replace everything that it needed to get it back on the road.

the car handles ok, but being a 1 litre it isnt very fast. i'm fairly certain there is a water leak somewhere, as some of the pipes have been held on with cable ties and the car uses water on a very long run, it overheats after about 40 miles, but i'm 90% certain it's not the head gasket, but a new headgasket kit will come free with the car. buyer will also receive water and antifreeze-coolant.

car has had new brake hoses, straight through exhaust, new track rod and tie rod end and a new fuel pump in the past few months.

the car will be on white golf steels (not the ones in the pics) one of which is flat as a fart due to a busted valve, so to take it and drive it away you'll need to bring a 13" steel.

to be brutally honest, if i had a week to do nothing in, i'd spend it stripping the car down and breaking it, as i've had offers on nearly everything, i just dont have time.

so if anybody wants a cheap runabout, here it is. ideally i want it GONE this weekend, hence the price.
