Can someone kindly give me a rough idea how to go about removing the front seats, or better still point me out to an already existing guide?

There's jus one nut and alan bolt on the front mate, undo that, remover both of the plastic trims that are on the runners at the back, slide the seat back and of the runners and thats it.

yeah . i got my seats of one of my mates and he lost the plastic sliders n seats were wobbling all ova the place !! got some more n there fine now just need grees !
