Very impressed man!!

Salty you dirty dog. Cars lookin sweet max, faintly remember you showing me that exhaust in fat cats haha

Lol I was only messing, think I were just having a walk Haha.

Were so funny in the back of her car.

I'm suprised she didnt throw us out, especially you throwing her handbrake up down the dual carrigeway!

And throwing her water out of the window.

And letting her handbrake off when she was parked outside robbos house and letting robbo out.

And reclining her seat whilst she was driving.

I am a good lad, and going to keep telling myself that :ninja:

Your gonna smoke me for sure.

I'm going for 100bhp, which should hopefully be pretty easy to get with the new cam.

A 272 degree newman!

On there own they're rated to a 12bhp increase once timing and fueling is spot on lol.

would be a good race though.

looking cool dude !

Well, the car is well under way to get it on the road. Just a few things left.

My main priority this month was to actually get my banded steel wheels looking well.

This is how they were when I first got them, 14x8's.

290120111476.jpg

Stupid stretch and layer upon layer of hand brushed fluorescent paint.

I did initially buy them as a set of 4, 2 of them being 8j and then two other which were 7j and one 6j, these were put aside and I bought two more identical 6j wheels which ill be running on the front. These need to he sorted out though.

I gave the 8j wheels to my man robbo to powdercoat and this is how they came back :-D

IMAG0309.jpg

Now for some tyres. I wanted something decent sized, no stupid stretch, nothing too expensive. I landed on a pair of 185 55 GT radial, and got them fitted today...

IMAG0319.jpg

Then test fitted them, at first I thought they looked abit too big, but after another look I thinks its how bright and clean they look.

I'm actually over the moon on how they've turned out, over all the two 8j wheels plus brand new tyres, powdercoat and fitment have cost me £100. The best thing is that even though the wheels are 8j wide, they have a moderately low offset so minimal work is going to be needed to make them legal. Iv still got 15mm axle spacers on in the picture's. Side pics:

Massive thanks to robbo for powdercoating them, did a great job. Now need to get on with the fronts.

They look fucking immense mate. Whoever this robbo is is a straight up G
