Are any modifications required to fit these, or do they fit straight to the hub carrier?

Performance-wise how do they compare with fitting larger OE brakes such as a 256mm VW/Audi caliper?

Do these fit behind a 13inch wheel then? :paranoid:

And any idea of the cylinder size as I'm curious about, if fitting these would cause longer pedel travel.
