hey guys,

been on this site for bout a month or bit longer now and iv always wanted to do a thread for a car build but i kept forgetting haha,

now can i start by saying i havnt got many pics of upto how it is now but i shall start,

right lets start with how i got the car .... i had a honda civic (only bought it cos it was uber cheap and full years t&t)

i kept browsing piston heads and alas i came across a mk2 coupe s for swaps (horrbily "chavved" is all i can say)

pics off of piston heads

everything interior painted red,

5" japcan with a straight through,

standard alloys,

bonnet pins,

gas shocks lowered 35mm (i think)

uber uber black back lights,

red lights n gizmos as far as the eye can see haha,

biiig dint in drivers wing and bumper etc,

max power stickers say it all haha

i thought ah good basis so ill swap,

met the dude halfway in birmingham in november

got the car back so it started i swapped my bonnet with a friend who has a breadvan

checkered ftw haha

off came various stickers n like,

played around with the carb and got it running right so fitted the k&n filter,

changed the jap can to a cherry bomb with straight through but decided it sounded wank so fitted a centre box sounds waaaaay better,

swapped cherry bomb with friend for standard zaust

got bought some ats cups for crimbo but too big

(for sale or swaps pm me)

today i put black tape crosses on the fog lights for shits n giggles haha

de wipered the rear and put num plate in front window

oh stripped the interior aswell

tbh i loved the civic but iv got more love for the polo,

it keeps gettin better everyday i do something to it the checkered bonnets going when i get a new wing n door

haha i know I'm a tit but i far prefer my polo

i heard from the guy i swapped it with that he crashed the civic in the snow,

hes put bonnet pins on,

highered it abit and made a complete straight through haha

but iv always been into vw's so i just didnt feel right in the civic, when i put it up for swaps i kept gettin offers for mk3 golfs and 6n polos even the 1.4 16v polo but all too new for my liking i wanted old and vw haha

now ill probs get loads of abuse from here cos I'm not into 6n's and the like but I'm sorry old is what I'm into i dont like reliability,

practicality,

easy to driveness haha

yep it is awsome and then for good old photoshop for the rest of the added bits lol

ahh dont worry bout it mate theres alot of people on here that are jus on here for negative comments !

car is defo a good base though jus needs a bit of cleaning up :-)

did see it on ph but didnt see all the chav bits lol

yea i seen it ph then when i got it i was like whooooah thats abit more "chavved" than i thought haha but meh work with what youve got init :-D

Nah you're not a tit for wanting something else lol, but if you ever feel like that again I've got a nokia 3210 going spare if you want you get rid of your iphone etc. I'm sure most people would have snatched your hand off for that deal.

I'm also not a fan of 6n's after fixing my brother's week in week out. I've grown quite attached to my polo but it goes without saying the Integra is a much better thing to drive lol.

yea no worries man i know what you mean and i do think he got a far better deal but i love my car :-D i actually have "love" for this car not just "lust" like i had for the civic if you know what i mean lol

hey dudes,

got some more pics today

yesterday whilst helpin a friend down at his dads yard (spraying some metalwork black primer) i decided to spray some bits of my car (better than it sounds haha)

the last guy i got the car off painted all and i mean allllll the interior bits red lol anything thatd come off got the red treatment haha

i of course hate it lmao so decided id see what it all looked like black until i get new ones

all the red bits and my spoiler

interior bits all black

oh and 8ball gearknob and standard gaiter instead of that crap he had haha
