Misting windows.

Featured Replies

The car is left on the drive overnight next to another car.

In the mornings the Polo windscreen and windows are misted up.

Does anybody know why?

What is the remedy?

Thank you for your replies. jimk.

Its simple when you drove it last you had the heaters on right? even if you didnt dont matter, the interior will be hotter then the exterior hense a perfect equation for condensation..

Clean windows demist quicker aswell so if you clean them the second you flick the fans on it will go!..

If you have any leaks it will steam up easier too. My boot lock seal was shot and leaking slightly and it caused my rear window to mist up really easily. Replaced it and it's just normal mist build up now
