How do you take it off? :?

Mine has a stupid blue neon light that needs changing as in the dark i can see f all!

stick somethin under the cream trim and it pops out of head lining, or just pull one and and it pops out, then theres a cover which slides off on back to change bulb..logic really? if you cant see fixings theres not gonna be any above the head lining is there?
