No, they are currently on the TT sub frames so you would have to make up for own sub frames, easy if u can weld or just get someone else to make the frames up for you

How hard would you recon wiring the heater controls would be?

Pretty easy to be honest, you can buy retrofit looms and the switches and its just a case of plugging it in pretty much and then running a wire from the loom through a fuse. all comes with this loom. i can send you the web link if you like
