just googled it mate, and i came up with 65.1

and if there mini wheels, you'll need wobble bolt won't u?

...and aren't they going to be kind of small?

They come in 13's....

Theres a lot of polos on here running mini wheels if you haven't already noticed lol.

Fair enough, I was thinking 12" wheels lol too much Laphroaig tonight.

65.1. That's great, cheers for that!

they're 7x13 superlites, so not to small, bloody poifect :)

I have been told i should just be able to use standard bolts as the PCD is so close to the polo one anyway.

Only thing that conserns me slightly is the offset (ET -7) dunno how massivley unsafe that's going to be :?

However, they're going reasonably cheap with tyre's.. so i can always sell them on if they're not good.

Use wobble bolts.

Some people will say it's safe to use normal bolts and it's your choice at the end of the day but for the sake of about £15-20, it's worth doing it properly.

There's nothing unsafe about a a low offset like that but that exact size will poke illegally on the front of a Mk2/3 and i think (not 100% sure) the same on a 6n..

Am gunna get my Arch's rolled/Flaired 10mm, or more if necesery.

Yea, i would like to do it properly.

Someone mentioned having to get the right pitch for them?

I dont know what that means, dont suppose you could shed any light?

Also, closest spigot ring size was 66.1 - 57.1, so figured this must be the right sizing?

Cheers.

That spigot ring size is wrong.. I ran these wheel sizes on my mk3 so i went through this stuff..

Spigots were a pain in the arse for me, in the end i got some from an ebay shop, the closest size i could get was 57.1 - 67.1, so i had them turned down 2mm on a lathe (piece of piss for anyone you know with access to one).

Wobble bolts, i had to try all local alloy wheel shops, found one eventually.. i didnt know what pitch i needed either so it's best to just take one of your bolts to match them. Or wait for someone on here to tell you the correct pitch to order online.

On my mk3 though, i had to cut down the bolts by a couple MM on the back as they were catching on the inside of the drum when fully tightened..

12mm x 1.5 it the thread you need.

I also wouldnt bother with wobble bolts to be honest , the PCD of the mini wheels is only out by .9 of a MM each way.

loads of lads on here have just stuck with the normal bolts mainly because they couldnt find any decent priced wobblebolts. Also my mate has 4x100 wellers on his mini is adament there fine.

Also , if you can get me the correct dimensions for the spigots you need i would be happy to make some for you at work from some stainless or ally. Much better than the tat you will be sold on ebay, though spigot rings are just to centre the wheel, not to hold any weight.

Thanks alot for that guys!

The spigot ring thing is a bit of a pain in the arse.. especially as i just ordered some 66.1 ones :(

How much could you do me some for? i guesss it would need to be 57.1 - 65.1.

Cheers again :)

You could sand that 1mm diameter off to be fair...

aye, i was thinking that.

I got the spigot rings through yesterday.. they are plastic.. is that ok?.. someone said they dont take any weight anyway.. but still seems like they should be made out of something more substantial?

Nah they will be fine from plastic, There for just centering the wheel.

I wouldnt sand a MM of them though, be pretty hard to do, and then you run the risk of them not being true.

Iv got to make some to fit some ford capri wheels. Something like 57.1 - 62mm :-o
