my tax runs out at midnight but i cant tax it untill 9am,will dvla automatically send a fine if i dont sorn?

depending who you talk to you have anything between 5 & 14 days before the fine you.

they dont send them out instantly, you should be fine.

mate my tax ran out last nite ... so this morning i walked down to the post office ... when i got bck there was a reminder in my letter box lmao. but youll be fine m8... just dont drive it past midnight.

taxed it this morning so all good,just wasnt sure how quick dvla fine for not declaring off road as i usually re tax in good time,was expecting a greasy NO TAX sticker plastered on the 6n when i woke this morning lol
