Declaring Coilys with Admiral

Featured Replies

Basically, my coilys arrived today, and i really want to get them on asap. I'm with Admiral and thought its better to declare them than run the risk of void insurance. Has anyone else declared coilys with Admiral?? If so, did it cost you any extra, and what do you have to do to declare it?? Any help would be great :)

The best thing to do is call them and ask for a quote for if you were to put coilovers on. They'll give you a price for the rest of the year but won't charge you until you say they're on. You'll most likely pay extra but the only way to find out how much is to call them up! Ask for just a quote and you won't be committed to anything.

I'm with Elephant who are part of the Admiral group and Elephant have an online form where you can do this, so Admiral might too. It's a bit crap though and you have to spell it all out that you only want a quote etc., I'd just call.

i tried adding mine with admiral, they asked is it lowerd 10-50mm or 50-120mm. i said 50-120 obviously and she come back to me to tell me they couldnt insure me

yer for some reason admiral give you the option of 50-120 but they wont cover you ... just tell them thats its not lower then 50mm its all i did when i told em i had coilies :)
