i dont get why neighbours would want to complain and cause trouble. the people who you live beside every single day. whats even worse is that they wont complain to you, if they did that then you could have sorted it. mate.. they are, as you said, tools. hope you win this lol.

i once bought a micra a day or two later it was clamped by these people i rang them they said it was going to cost near 400 quid to remove it so i told them to try and find the car a day later some blokes turned up with a flat bed to try and remove my car but seeing as id taken the strut off and left the wheel and clamp there they were a tad stumped i rang them back and told them that i still had my car and i didnt have to pay there fine as the car was on private land and they wouldnt find it as the previous owner had died and the v5 was in his name and then hung up to be honest the woman on the other end of the phone was so rude it was untrue
