Just going through my box of spares and came across the alternator from my old Scirocco, typed in the part number (CA343IR) and it turns out to be a refurbished 90a alternator! Sweet..

Really good condition (stickers are still fresh) and fully working.

would this work on a 6n?

No idea in the slightest dude, have absolutely no experiences with 6N's so don't want to say either way.
