Polo Coupe S MK2 1986 For Sale.

Featured Replies

In 2004 i found this gem... It had been owned by an elderly lady in London since New in 1986. She drove very rarely in the 20 years she owned it. So not only was it immaculate due to 20 years of garage storage, but the milage was only 15,000 miles.

I've used the Polo up until now regularly. I'm a qualified mechanic, and licensed aircraft engineer. So as you can imagine it has been looked after very well. 90% of the 7 years it has spent with me have been in a garage.

I've now moved to New Zealand, and reluctantly it must be sold.

Description...

87,000 miles

excellent body work. Metallic (Grey/Green) very rare.

Spotless sports interior in black. (Original radio included)

Oil change every 5000 miles (thats allot of oil changes i've done on her).

Everything works (typical 80s VW).

Many component replaced. Inc. Head gasket, Cambelt, Alternator, top mounts. Carb reconditioned.

Good honest car. Some very minor nicks (tiny).

Suitable for Enthusiast, collector.
