Can everyone please try to book for the Polo Show in advance if at all possible, they may try to charge us if we do not make the required numbers.

You need to call 01524 781453, tell them you are with the Club Polo Show and quote reference CP0710. If you quote this number you get £5 off a night so it is £15 not £20 for the Friday and Saturday night (other nights are £20). and they will make sure you are allocated into the right field (Puddleduck Place)

This is per pitch which is for a tent for up to 5 people and one car, so its cheaper if you share a tent but you will need to pay £10 extra per car for the weekend.

If you are not sure how many cars you are taking then you can just book the pitch and pay for the extra car on the gate

Day trippers, i think last year they charged £10 a day so just pay when you get there.

When people book can they list their names, number of people, and number of cars on this thread please.

you cannot get the special rate when you book online, plus they will not add you to the numbers in our field

I'm new to the forum and this will be the first time at the show. I will be a day tripper on the Saturday - do I need to tell anyone I'm coming or can I just turn up?

Hi, you can just turn up on the day and pay at the gate. Show and shine is on the Sunday though, if you wanted to come for that.

Show and shine sounds good, is there a site where I can get some more info on what time things start etc. please?

Silly question but Liz has asked people to put there names down when u have booked, icant see any names so does that mean knowone is going or booked yet ?

There isn't one...you can pay on the day but it would be better

if you did pre-book...makes it look better for the club if you do.

Remember theres a CP code you have to give them to get your

£5 discount...it's at the start of this thread....

is there a general / family camping area for this as well as club camping?

we have a separate field in the holiday park for the Polo Show, but you don't have to camp on the show field if you don't want to, although everyone is welcome!

The site is massive so you can find a quieter corner if you would like if noise is what you are worried about.
