Do the grey red light cameras catch you for speed as well as running the red light?

depends on the camera, but some do!

i think they're the ones with markings on the junction

my flatmate got some trying to catch me up in his old GT when i was in my bmw, he got flashed through a junction at 72mph in a 50 zone and got 6 points!

he manged to get his mum to take the points though, which is lucky coz he already had 6, and had reached 9 points earlier that day taking us all out to show us the GT. got caught flatout off the clocks 4 up down the bypass to southport, but sweet talked his way into only getting a fixed 3 points not a good day for him!

edit: if its a grey camera i dont think they do

i would love to see the look on my mums face if i ever asked her to accept my 6 points!

he only thought it would be 3, so would still be getting banned

fortunatly his mum is a lovely person so didnt think 'fuck this' when it turned out to be 6 haha

Yeh the grey cameras that get you when you go through a red light - it flashed but i dont know who it got?!! i was past a guy in the left hand lane when it flashed, willl it do both of us or just him?

exact same when i was with my mate to me, if you were ahead i think it will have got the person behind. dont know for sure though

I dunno, its 3points and £60 if i get done! not sure how long it takes to come through if i do get fined, any ideas?

i believe the grey ones dont but the yellow ones do....

if you notice there are some traffic light cameras that are yellow and some grey...

Speed cameras have to be yellow because speeders moan there not given a warning...

this was my understandning anyway???
